Service scope

We provide tools to generate and deliver electronic invoices based on data provided by the merchant. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and compliance with local tax obligations.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

Data and security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, and we retain invoices as required for operational and regulatory needs.

Limitations

EU e-Invoice Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
